Offer agreement

This document is an official offer (offer) SHTYN (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), posted on the website https://shtyn.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and contains all the terms and conditions for the purchase of goods through the online store.


1. General provisions

1.1 This agreement is a public agreement in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The terms of the agreement are the same for all buyers (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

1.2. The fact of placing an order on the Website is a full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, which is equivalent to signing a written agreement.


2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

2.2. The description, price and characteristics of each product are indicated on the pages of the Site. The Seller reserves the right to change the range of goods and their prices without prior notice.


3. Ordering procedure

3.1. The Buyer places an order through the Website, specifying the necessary data for delivery.

3.2. The order is considered to be completed after the Buyer confirms the selection of goods and provides payment information.


4. Payment for the goods

4.1 Payment for the goods shall be made by the Buyer at the prices indicated on the Website at the time of placing the order.

4.2 Payment is possible through the payment systems indicated on the Website or in another way agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.


5. Delivery of goods

5.1. The Seller delivers the goods to the address specified by the Buyer through the delivery service.

5.2. The cost and terms of delivery depend on the chosen delivery method and are indicated at the time of ordering.

5.3. The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt. Claims regarding external damage or completeness of the goods are accepted only upon receipt.


6. Return of goods

6.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the presentation and consumer properties are preserved.

6.2. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods of good quality, unless the goods are returned due to the Seller's error.

6.3. Return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out at the expense of the Seller.


7. Rights and obligations of the parties

7.1. The seller is obliged to:

  • Provide the Buyer with the goods of appropriate quality and quantity.
  • Deliver the goods within the established time frame after payment.

7.2. The Buyer is obliged to:

  • Provide accurate information for placing an order.
  • Pay for the goods in a timely manner.
  • Accept the goods.


8. Responsibility of the parties

8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper performance of duties in case the Buyer provides false information. 8.2. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement, the parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.


9. 9. Other conditions

9.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, the dispute shall be considered in court at the place of registration of the Seller.

9.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Site.
