Exchange and return

Повернення чи обмін можливі протягом 14 днів з моменту прибуття посилки на пошту. Приймаються лише товари, що не були у використанні та з усіма збереженими бірками.
Повернення має здійснюватися у первинному пакуванні, з повним комплектом матеріалів, що додавались до замовлення.

Size, color, or model exchanges are only possible if the correct item is available.
A new shipment will be made after the returned item has been received and inspected.
