Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Only unused products with all tags intact and tags still attached are accepted.
Returns must be made in the original packaging, with a complete set of materials that were included with the order.
Size, color, or model exchanges are only possible if the desired product is available.
A new shipment will be made after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
